What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and mentor our support team—both technically and personally—taking ownership of team leadership responsibilities.
- Serve as the go-to expert for all things IT infrastructure, cloud operations, and automation.
- Design and implement automation solutions using PowerShell for both internal systems and customer projects.
- Handle complex support issues with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach .
- Collaborate with our development and marketing teams , contributing to content like blog posts, product documentation, and knowledge base articles.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in Automation Engineer or technical customer support , ideally with team leadership or mentoring experience.
- Strong PowerShell skills and a solid background in implementing automation workflows .
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Windows Server and Microsoft services
- Azure AD , virtualisation , networking , and IT security
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured, detail-oriented approach to your work.
- Excellent communication skills in English .
