The Opportunity
We’re seeking a visionary, hands-on
CEO
to lead next phase of growth and transformation. This role is about real impact—driving scalability, strengthening client relationships, and managing change across internal and group environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and operational transformation , scaling the business and influencing practices across the entire organisation.
- Oversee the delivery of holistic digital solutions—from transformation consulting and customer experience design to scaling software development.
- Collaborate with enterprise clients and deepen the presence as a trusted digital partner.
- Drive ~15% year-on-year growth in revenue and team capacity .
- Manage financial reporting, forecasting, and cash flow oversight (supported by a strong financial team).
- Build strategic alignment with stakeholders and drive trust among traditional leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in scaling and transforming businesses—preferably within consulting, agency, or tech environments.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills—comfortable leading without layers of support.
- Fluent communicator in German (B2/C1) and English , with a readiness for on-site presence (3–5 days/week).
- Leadership style is humble, action-oriented, and collaborative—not hierarchical.
- Additional strengths: agency or consulting background, industrial or enterprise client experience.
