We’re hiring the first Data Engineer for a fast-growing, product-led tech company.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the data infrastructure end-to-end and shape how the business uses data across product, marketing, and growth.
What you’ll do
- Own and improve the tracking setup across mobile, web, and backend
- Build scalable data pipelines and analytics infrastructure
- Enable self-service analytics across teams
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance
- Work closely with the CTO and cross-functional teams
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience with SQL + Python
- Experience with BigQuery / Snowflake / Redshift
- Hands-on with data pipelines / ETL
- Startup mindset, proactive and collaborative
- German (conversational)
