This is a mission-critical hire:
- Own the roadmap and launch of a cutting-edge AI inference platform
- Work at the intersection of AI, semiconductors, and large-scale systems
- Help shape Europe’s position in the global AI infrastructure race
The Opportunity
This company is developing ultra-efficient, brain-inspired AI compute systems, already deployed at supercomputer scale.
They are now looking for a Head of Product (AI) to lead the development of their AI inference platform.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive the AI inference product roadmap end-to-end
- Translate deep technical capabilities into clear product strategy
- Work closely with ML, hardware, and infrastructure teams
- Shape product-market fit in a rapidly evolving AI landscape
- Bring market insight into technical decision-making
- Act as a technical product leader, setting direction and vision
What We’re Looking For
You’ll come from one of the following backgrounds:
AI Hardware / Semiconductor
- Experience with GPUs, TPUs, DPUs or AI accelerators
- Background in companies like AMD, Intel, Graphcore, etc.
AI Infrastructure / Compilers
- Experience with MLIR, compilers, or ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Strong understanding of inference systems
Machine Learning (Research background /Advanced) :
- Experience in LLMs, sparse ML, or ML research
- Ideally exposure to building or scaling ML systems
You’ll Also Bring
- Proven experience owning complex technical product roadmaps
- Ability to bridge engineering, research, and commercial teams
- Strong understanding of the AI infrastructure landscape
- Excellent communication and technical storytelling skills
