The next generation of manufacturing won't be built around production lines.
It will be built around intelligent robotic systems that can adapt, learn and work seamlessly alongside people.

We're looking for a Robotics & Automation Engineer to help develop and deploy advanced automation solutions that power the factories of the future. This role sits at the intersection of robotics, software, industrial automation and intelligent manufacturing.

You'll work on projects that combine robotics, sensors, vision systems and automation technologies to create smarter, more connected production environments.

What you'll be doing
• Design and implement automation solutions for robotic production systems
• Integrate industrial robots, sensors, vision systems and automated equipment
• Develop and optimise robotic workflows and manufacturing processes
• Support commissioning, testing and deployment activities
• Collaborate with software, controls, manufacturing and systems engineering teams
• Analyse system performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Contribute to the development of next-generation smart factory solutions

What we're looking for
• Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Experience working with robotics, automation or industrial systems
• Knowledge of PLCs, industrial communication protocols or control systems
• Understanding of robotic integration and manufacturing environments
• Hands-on approach to troubleshooting and technical problem solving
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary engineering teams

Nice to have
• Experience with industrial robotics platforms
• Knowledge of machine vision or sensor technologies
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and digital manufacturing
• Exposure to autonomous systems or mobile robotics
• Experience with production automation and commissioning

Why join?
Stuttgart is home to some of Europe's most advanced engineering and manufacturing organisations. This role offers the opportunity to work on technologies that are transforming how products are built, assembled and delivered.

You'll be involved in projects that move beyond traditional automation and contribute to the development of intelligent robotic systems operating in real-world environments.

If you're passionate about robotics, automation and building the future of manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you.
