Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand a product portfolio for switch cabinet construction and cabling solutions within the renewable energy sector
- Take ownership of the full product development lifecycle, from concept through to production readiness, including feasibility studies, FMEA, and certification processes
- Create system and product specifications in line with applicable standards (particularly IEC 61439)
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer requirement analyses, and prepare feasibility studies, risk assessments, business plans, and business models
- Support product launches, including the creation of technical documentation and delivery of training
- Collaborate closely with sales, production, and quality teams, as well as international project partners; support complaint management processes
Your Profile
- Degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in technical product management, engineering, or project planning
- Proven experience in creating technical documentation and quotations
- Strong proficiency in EPLAN Pro Panel and MS Office
- Solid understanding of relevant standards (e.g. IEC 61439)
- Strong communication skills when working with internal teams and customers (German and English)
- Structured, solution-oriented working style
- Hands-on mindset with a strong interest in developing and improving products
