The Service Portfolio Management (SPM) has been established with the two departments Portfolio & Catalogue Management (PCM) and Portfolio Planning & Strategy (PPS) over the past years and is in the process of being defined in detail within the Architecture & Portfolio (AP) division.
The contents, interfaces and working methods of SPM that have been developed to date require transfer to detailed documentation at lower process levels, which must be coordinated both internally and externally. Furthermore, existing specification documents based on the business orders must be created, finalized or updated.
Objective: Coordination, definition and consulting within the scope of the preparation, finalisation and updating of the basic and specification documentation within the areas of PCM & PPS.
