That means you’ll need extensive proven leadership experience from the automotive industry. You’ll have extensive knowledge of electric vehicles; including R&D, vehicle dynamics, testing and control.
You understand the big picture and you’re motivated by long term success, but you’re also aware of the nuances in the smaller details of industry.
You’re good with people. Direct and transparent in communication, influential and capable of making critical decisions at high level. You’re collaborative in your approach, and able to lead high performing teams effectively.
