I set up Lennon Wright when I saw an opportunity to run an essential service in a country I love.

Having spent a huge chunk of my life in Munich, I was eager to run a business that brought the best talent in tech to Germany. I’m proud of the work we’re doing to build a tech community. To me, there’s nothing more rewarding than helping people find their dream job.

I love all things German – from the culture to the language – and in my spare time I enjoy running, cycling and football (I’m a big, big Chelsea fan!). I also do a bit of volunteering for cancer charities and those that help people who stammer.
