You’ll play a crucial role in driving their sales efforts, managing key accounts, and contributing to the success of the company.
What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Full Funnel Sales: You’ll handle outreach, cold calling, deep dive calls, and the entire closing process.
🔹 Account Management: Once a deal is closed, you’ll manage the accounts, nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
🔹 Pipeline Generation: You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining your own sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
🔹 Collaborative Environment: You’ll work closely with a dynamic team, learning from and contributing to the overall sales strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
🔸 German Native Speaker (Essential for communication with our target audience).
🔸 First Closing Experience: Whether from a senior SDR role, junior AE, or account management position.
🔸 Industry Experience: Preferably from media, recruitment, or similar industries.
🔸 Startup Experience: You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
