THRYVE was founded to solve one of the hardest challenges in technology: connecting exceptional engineering talent with the organisations building mission-critical systems across the DACH region, including Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Since 2014, we have partnered with over 600 companies to build and scale high-performing teams across energy and digital infrastructure, deep tech and applied science, and cloud and cyber environments. At the same time, we have supported more than 1,500 technology professionals in securing roles where they can drive real impact.

Today, our network spans a community of over 150,000 engineers, technologists, and industry leaders. Together, they are shaping the future of energy systems, AI, cloud platforms, and next-generation infrastructure across the DACH region.
