THRYVE’s compliance function is led by Gurjeet Pal, International Compliance Specialist.
Gurjeet oversees our freelance onboarding, contractor documentation and workforce-compliance processes across international markets.
Her approach is practical and commercially focused: understand the client’s objective, identify genuine risks and create an appropriate route forward without introducing unnecessary friction.
Under Gurjeet’s leadership, every freelance engagement follows the same structured process before work begins. Documentation is maintained throughout the assignment, and engagements are reviewed when their scope, duration or working arrangements change.
This gives clients a dedicated point of contact for compliance questions throughout the entire engagement.
