AI Engineer | €80,000 | Remote / Hybrid

Join a growing AI engineering team building production systems across agentic AI, enterprise search, voice AI, document processing and intelligent automation.
You’ll work across machine learning, Python backend engineering and DevOps, taking ownership of complete solutions and working closely with customers and colleagues to solve real business problems.

What you need:
- Native German speaker, good English
- Strong Python skills and disciplined software engineering practices, including testing.
- Sound knowledge of NLP and machine learning, including transformers, embeddings and LLM integration.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD.
- Experience with production AI/ML systems and a willingness to work across backend and infrastructure.
- A relevant Master’s degree
