What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with a highly skilled AI team to develop cutting-edge AI solutions for both in-house products and tailored customer projects.
- Enjoy a dynamic mix of DevOps , Python backend development , and machine learning , ensuring variety in your daily work.
- Work on NLP-focused projects , including Large Language Models (LLMs) , while also exploring exciting fields like computer vision .
- Prepare and process large datasets to power AI models and improve solution performance.
- Engage in daily collaboration with cross-functional teams, including AI experts, engineers, and stakeholders, to drive innovation.
- Contribute your own ideas and independently developed solutions to enhance product capabilities and push boundaries.
What You Bring:
- A master's degree in (Business) Informatics, Software Engineering, AI or a related field.
- Strong experience in machine learning or AI, ideally using Sklearn , TensorFlow , or PyTorch .
- Passion for agile software development , a creative mindset, and curiosity for emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in Python with additional knowledge of other languages like C/C++ or TypeScript being a plus.
- Fluent German and English communication skills.
