About the Role
My client is establishing a new AI Competence Centre and is looking for four talented engineers to join the founding team. The focus is on transforming cutting edge AI research into practical prototypes, understanding customer needs, writing high quality Python code, and guiding teams through emerging technologies. If you enjoy blending academic thinking with real world impact, this role will suit you well.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with an experienced AI engineering team
- Develop advanced AI solutions for both internal products and customer projects
- Contribute across Python backend development, machine learning, and DevOps
- Build and refine NLP based systems
- Bring forward your own ideas, run experiments, and influence product direction
What You Bring
- A master's degree in Informatics, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field
- Strong foundation in machine learning or AI
- Proficiency in Python, with bonus points for knowledge of C, C++, or TypeScript
- Fluent German and English communication skills
