About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support our Nordic customers, ensuring they get the most out of our platform. You’ll handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide users toward best practices. If you enjoy helping others, working with data, and being part of a collaborative international team, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via portal, email, and phone
  • Troubleshoot and document technical or functional issues until resolved
  • Collaborate with product, consulting, and development teams to improve customer experience
  • Support onboarding and account setup for new customers
  • Maintain up-to-date customer documentation and internal FAQs
What You Bring
  • Post-secondary education in business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5 years in customer service, application support, or a similar B2B/SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with an interest in data and reporting
  • Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and ticketing tools
  • Fluent in Swedish and English , both spoken and written
  • Service-oriented, structured, and dependable — a self-starter who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
