Senior AI Product Manager -
(Head of Product scope for a new product line)
We’re hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the relaunch of a core AI product at one of Europe’s fastest-growing legal tech companies.
The product is already live and delivering value to law firms. The next phase is about UX quality, reliable AI workflows, and scalable product foundations.
You will own this product area end-to-end — defining strategy, shaping the roadmap, and working closely with design and engineering to build a product that can scale across markets.
The role is titled Senior Product Manager, but the scope is closer to Head of Product for this initiative. As the company grows and product teams expand, this role is expected to evolve into that position.
What you’ll do
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a core AI product
- Work closely with design to create intuitive UX for complex AI workflows
- Turn LLM, NLP, and voice capabilities into reliable user-facing features
- Run customer discovery and research to understand real workflows
- Partner with engineering to ship high-quality product improvements
What they’re looking for
- 5+ years Product Management experience
- Proven experience shipping AI-powered products
- Strong UX / design collaboration mindset
- Background in B2B SaaS
- Experience with LLM, NLP, or Voice / speech-to-text products
