We’re hiring a senior Product Marketing leader to build and lead an AI-native PMM function inside a rapidly scaling enterprise SaaS business operating in a highly strategic and regulated category.
We’re looking for a hands-on operator who can build positioning systems, shape product narrative, drive packaging strategy, and influence expansion revenue — while leveraging AI and automation as core operating principles.
You’ll work directly with executive leadership and partner across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to create a unified commercial narrative across the business.

What We’re Looking For
Required
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing
- Prior ownership or leadership of a PMM function
- Strong experience in enterprise SaaS positioning and messaging
- Demonstrated impact on retention, expansion, or commercial growth
- Hands-on approach to PMM execution
- Experience using AI/LLMs in real operational workflows
Strong Plus
- Experience in compliance, ESG, supply chain, governance, risk, or regulated SaaS
- European enterprise market experience
- Founding or early PMM leadership experience
- Packaging/pricing exposure
