We’re looking for a
German-speaking Product Manager
to take ownership of key product lines in the
government
and
education
sectors.

Your Mission
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of digital products used by public institutions and educational organizations.
- Define product requirements in collaboration with clients, project managers, and developers—always with the end user in mind.
- Ensure clear acceptance criteria, timelines, and delivery standards are met.
- Coordinate cross-functionally across technical, business, and operational teams.
- Advocate for product thinking and bring best practices to how we design and deliver our solutions.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Viewing complex B2B and public-sector projects as interconnected product journeys.
- Managing multiple lifecycles across distinct products, all while ensuring quality, scalability, and usability.
- Driving consistency in delivery and communication between product management and project teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent German (written & spoken) is essential.
- Strong communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven experience in IT planning , requirement gathering, and translating user needs into actionable product features.
- Experience in user-centric product design , preferably within regulated or public domains.
- Comfortable with agile frameworks —Scrum, Kanban, or similar. (Certifications like PMP or Scrum Master are a plus.)
