We’re looking for a
Lead Product Designer
who can own end-to-end user experiences, build scalable design systems, and set the foundation for a world-class design practice. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complexity, creates clarity, and loves turning intricate workflows into simple, intuitive journeys.
What You’ll Lead
- End-to-end design across major product areas—from discovery to polished UI.
- Simplifying complex legal and operational workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Building and maintaining a scalable design system.
- Setting design standards, principles, and processes that elevate quality.
- Mentoring designers and shaping the design culture as the team grows.
- Collaborating closely with PM, Engineering, and AI teams to ship high-quality features.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in Product/UX Design (SaaS, B2B, or workflow-heavy tools a plus).
- Strong portfolio showing modern UI, thoughtful UX flows, and ownership of complex features.
- Expertise with Figma and prototyping.
- Experience improving design processes and mentoring others.
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Based in CET ±2.
