What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and mentor our support team—both technically and personally—taking ownership of team leadership responsibilities.
Serve as the go-to expert for all things IT infrastructure, cloud operations, and automation.
Design and implement automation solutions using PowerShell for both internal systems and customer projects.
Handle complex support issues with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
Collaborate with our development and marketing teams, contributing to content like blog posts, product documentation, and knowledge base articles.
What You Bring
Proven experience in system administration or technical customer support, ideally with team leadership or mentoring experience.
Strong PowerShell skills and a solid background in implementing automation workflows.
In-depth knowledge of:
Windows Server and Microsoft services
Azure AD, virtualisation, networking, and IT security
Strong analytical thinking and a structured, detail-oriented approach to your work.
Excellent communication skills in English.
