We’re looking for a
Senior UX/UI Designer
who can take ownership of complex user journeys, craft elegant interfaces, and contribute to a best-in-class design practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in translating complexity into clarity and enjoys elevating both product quality and design processes.
What You’ll Do
- Lead UI/UX design across core product areas—from research and discovery to high-fidelity interface design.
- Transform complex legal and operational workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a scalable design system.
- Define and uphold design standards, principles, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Provide guidance to peers and influence the evolving design culture as the team grows.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design (SaaS, B2B, or workflow-heavy products are a strong plus).
- A portfolio showcasing modern UI work, strong UX problem-solving, and ownership of complex feature design.
- Expertise in Figma and interactive prototyping.
- Experience improving design processes and contributing to team best practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to align with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Based within CET ±2.
