Team Lead Support (FPx, APx & ATG)
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to guide and mentor a team of Business Analysts responsible for the implementation, ongoing development, and specialist support of FPx, APx, and ATG solutions. This is a leadership role that combines hands-on project involvement with people management, coaching, and strategic input. The position will be both internally and externally facing, supporting project delivery and product evolution.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Business Analysts.
- Support team members in prioritizing and delivering tasks effectively.
- Share expertise and knowledge in APx, FPx, ATG, and the aviation industry.
- Provide oversight and guidance across multiple projects to ensure quality and consistency.
- Contribute to the development of business requirements for APx, FPx, and ATG solutions.
- Play a key role in defining the product roadmap and influencing the direction of the ATG platform.
- Demonstrate solution capabilities to internal teams and clients.
- Coach delivery teams to confidently present and explain solution functionality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
- Strong background in business analysis, preferably with exposure to APx, FPx, or ATG systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work effectively with remote teams across different time zones.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and team locations when required.
- Experience in the aviation or technology industry is an advantage.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time remote position (40 hours per week) with flexibility to accommodate client needs. Occasional travel will be required for key projects and team collaboration. The Lead Business Analyst will report to the Chief Delivery Officer or equivalent senior leadership role.
