What You’ll Do
- Design and roll out automations, workflows, and data pipelines to speed up internal processes.
- Work with tools like Make, Google Apps Script, Jira , and APIs.
- Use BPMN to map processes and drive optimization.
- Own the technical setup of our new data & analytics tool for OKRs, reporting, and risk tracking.
- Build dashboards and reports that fuel smart decisions.
- Partner with teams across the business to simplify and accelerate how they work.
What You Bring
- A degree in business informatics, IT, or related field. Please also submit transcript records.
- Solid experience in process analysis, BPMN modeling, and workflow optimization .
- Strong technical skills with data, APIs, and automation tools .
- A strategic yet hands-on mindset — you see the big picture and make it real.
- Ability to run end-to-end projects independently.
- Clear, structured communicator with a love of data and efficiency.
